Research affirms what COSH communities have long known: workplace fatalities in the United States are systematically under-reported and undercounted. Too many workers' deaths are never fully documented, investigated or acknowledged.  

National COSH's Killed at Work: U.S. Workers' Memorial Database is an open-access, community-driven data project that seeks to make visible the true human toll of workplace exploitation and unsafe working conditions. By collecting and sharing these records, we honor workers' lives and strengthen the fight for accountability, prevention, and justice.
