Dirty Dozen 2027 Nominations

We’re seeking nominations that spotlight companies whose actions have endangered, exploited, or retaliated against workers, especially low-wage, immigrant, frontline workers.

As part of  Workers’ Memorial Week 2027, the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (National COSH) will release its annual Dirty Dozen report, highlighting companies that put workers and communities at risk through unsafe practices.

This year’s theme, Workers Sound the Alarm, centers the voices and experinces of workers who are speaking out, organizing, and demanding safer workplaces. We especially encourage nominations connected to active worker campaigns or organizing efforts that we can help amplify through the report. Strong nominations include specific examples, firsthand worker experiences, dates, and supporting documentation.

Please share as much information as possible. You do not need to have every detail to submit a nomination.

📅 Nominations are due by Friday, January 8, 2027.
