COSHCON Exhibitor Logistics

We are excited that you will be participating in the Expo at COSHCON20!
This page contains logistics information that you might find helpful as you prepare for the Expo.


Set Up and Break Down Schedule:

Set-up for Exhibitors opens Tuesday, December 8th at 5pm. Tables should be set up by 8:00am on Wednesday when Registration opens. The Expo will wind down late Thursday afternoon, exhibitors are encouraged to wait until 5:00 pm on Thursday to break down exhibits. There are no official Expo activities on Friday, but Exhibitors are welcome to stay until noon on Friday if they would like more time with attendees.

Maximizing Interaction with Attendees:

We have taken several steps to ensure that attendees have maximum interaction with exhibitors. We have designated Expo Networking and Demo sessions after the lunchtime Keynote Speakers on Wednesday and Thursday . Additionally we provide attendees with a passport that highlights the exhibitor booths and posters and an interactive listing in the Conference app.  We encourage Exhibitors to make their booths as interactive as possible to take advantage of attendee interest and to update their listing information for maximum exposure. Lead collection is available using the conference app.

Shipping Materials:

The conference center will receive and hold shipments of conference materials up to 5 business days prior to and following the event. If storage is required for more than 5 business days, there will be a storage fee of $15.00 per box, per day. Exhibitor is responsible for preparation and delivery of any outgoing shipments to the proper pick up location. MCC does not hold responsibility for the property of the exhibitor. The address for shipping materials is: Maritime Conference Center, Attn: COSHCON/Exhibitor Name, 692 Maritime Blvd., Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. PLEASE make sure to mark your name and ours on all materials shipped in advance.


Rooms are available at the Maritime Conference Center. We have negotiated a group rate of $154/night for single occupancy or $199/night for double occupancy which includes breakfast and dinner. Lunch is included in registration. Rooms can be reserved by calling 866-900-3517 and mentioning that you are part of the National COSH Conference.

The Maritime Conference Center sits on over 80 beautiful acres of land and is located four miles from Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. This union facility has the best staff, food and atmosphere for ensuring that conference participants can maximize the conference: a convenient location, easy travel accessibility, exercise and relaxation amenities.
